GreenStock owns the intellectual property rights of the contents that are created by Green Stock and created by independent contractors who hired for work.

GreenStock updates the information on this Website regularly. GreenStock cannot guarantee or accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information on this Site. GreenStock may revise or delete information, resources in the Site. Green Stock shall have rights to make such changes without prior notification to past, current or prospective visitors.

For all the Content you upload or post to the Site, you represent and warrant that

Additionally, Green Stock owns the Content that is created by Green Stock and the Content that is created by independent contractors who hired for work.
 

8. Managing Content

When you purchase credits, the price will be based on at the time of your purchase. Upon presentation of credit card information the purchaser warrants that he/she is the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate. By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize Green Stock to charge the designated credit card or PayPal account, for the total amount of the purchase.

In regards to your use of the Site, you agree to

a)     Provide accurate, current and complete information about you in any registration forms on the Site.

b)    Maintain and promptly update the Registration data and any other information you provide to Green Stock, to keep it accurate, current and complete.

c)     Maintain the security of your password and identification.

d)    Notify Green Stock immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security.

e)    Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Site. You agree to supervise all usage by minors of the Site under your account.

Green Stock cannot and does not review all communication or Content submitted to the Site and is not responsible for the content of such communications or Content. You shall remain solely responsible for all communications made or Content uploaded under your account. You agree that accepted Content by GreenStock is done as a courtesy only.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to any page(s) on our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Confidential Information means all data, information, documents, software or materials relating to the business and management of Green Stock, its members, licensors, licensees, business operations, products, designs, pricing, business plans, know-how, trade-secrets, business opportunities, finances, research and development.

12. Limitation and Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR USE OF THIS SITE AND THE MATERIALS. IN ANY EVENT, GREENSTOCK OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, ACTION, SUIT OR OTHER PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER OR OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 13. INDEMNITY

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS GREEN STOCK, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, DESIGNEES, USERS, SUCCESSORS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSEES OF CONTENT FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COURT COSTS DUE TO OR ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT; (B) ANY  INACCURATE OR UNTRUTHFUL REVIEW OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU TO GREEN STOCK OR THAT YOU SUBMIT, TRANSMIT OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (C) ANY INTENTIONAL OR WILLFUL VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANOTHER OR HARM YOU MAY HAVE CAUSED TO ANOTHER (D) RESULTING FROM ANY COMMUNICATION MADE OR CONTENT UPLOADED UNDER YOUR MEMBER NAME. GREEN STOCK RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT YOUR EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, AND IN SUCH CASE, YOU AGREE TO COOPERATE WITH GREEN STOCK’S DEFENSE OF SUCH CLAIM.

14. Terms and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Terms and Conditions at any time by emailing us.  GreenStock reserves the right, in its sole discretion to restrict, suspend or terminate your right to access the membership sections of the Site at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Green Stock may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without prior notice or liability.  Green Stock may also terminate or suspend your access to the membership section of the Site for long term inactivity for an extended period. The determination is in Green Stock’s sole discretion. Upon termination of your access to the membership account, you agree to forfeit all downloads credit remaining in your account.

15. REFUND POLICY

Customer service is at the heart of our operations at GreenStock , and therefore it is our duty to have an open returns policy with our customers.

Downloadable Products:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any downloadable product, such as videos, images or vectors. However, it is in our interest to ensure full customer and client satisfaction, and we will therefore be open to improving the product or working with the buyer to ensure full satisfaction.

All of our refund and return policies are only valid for products sold directly through us. If you purchased from elsewhere, we reserve the right to decline your return/refund application. However, you may still be able to make your request with the third-party vendor in question. We heavily recommend contacting them if this is the case.

Should you think your delivered element was not what you purchased, please contact us. If an image, video or vector was missold (you were provided either the wrong element, or the product details were to any extent incorrectly advertised) then we will either refund your purchase or provide you with the image, video or vector that you had ordered.

If you purchased a third-party product, whether physical or digital, via an ‘affiliate link’ placed on this site, then we have no liability over the purchased item(s). Please contact the vendor in question to pursue a return or refund, or to request clarification on their respective policies.

be submitted to arbitration in Clearwater, Florida rather than in court. The language of the arbitration shall be English. There shall be one arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own costs in the arbitration. GreenStock shall also have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief against you in the event that such action is necessary.

If GreenStock is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration, to enforce any of its rights or to collect any fees, you agree to reimburse GreenStock for its legal fees, costs and disbursements in all events. Any claims or actions arising from these Terms and Conditions must be brought exclusively in the court of competent jurisdiction located in Pinellas County, Florida.

You agree and acknowledge that you have reviewed Terms and Conditions and any other Agreements that are referred to. You agree to be bound by them. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between you and GreenStock, which supersedes any proposal or prior Agreement, oral or written and any other communication between you and Green Stock regarding this Agreement.
